Both Tom and Mike G. have mentioned the error due to the differential
drift scan rate. My technical note 26 also gives a table showing the
errors, and agrees with their remembrances...it is about +-2.3arcsec
for a mark III camera on the equator. This is shown in the astrometry
but is definitely smaller than a pixel.
