tricolor strip

I've put on our anonymous ftp site the file
     pub/outgoing/aah/tass/ori.ps
which is a tricolor 2048x768 strip from Tom's camera of the belt region
of Orion.  The color mapping is V=B, R=G, I=R.  I had to do a lot of
munging to get the images cleaned up, but the result looks pretty nice.
Each color was Gaussian histogram equalized to try to bring out the
nebulosity to the west, and also to get the color balance right on the stars.
If someone wants to take this image and convert it into .gif, feel free.
I won't have time to do so until next week at the earliest.
