I didn't hear any complaints about my plan to remove the
Standard Deviation column from the TASS Catalog table.
Remember the Sum of Squares is to remain. So the table
will contain the following:
1) TASS_ID (32 bit integer)
2) Number of Observations (16 bit integer)
3) Mean RA (32 bit integer, mas)
4) RA Sum of Squares (64 bit float, deg^2)
5) Mean DEC (32 bit integer, mas)
6) DEC Sum of Squares (64 bit float, deg^2)
Another table will contain the photometry. I assume for
that table Standard Deviation _will_ be a search criteria
so it will stay in that table.
