I have also been lurking since early March.
I can think of no program by amateur astronomers that would more important
than nightly monitoring of large areas of the sky.
I am very excited to know that people working with TASS have already started
such a program! But I am also a bit lost and overwhelmed by all of the bits
and pieces of information I get from this mailing list. I could also use
something that would help me put it all together.
But I understand that the people developing this project probably don't have a
lot of extra time on their hands.
