I saw R Ceti in the GCVS but the coordinates in the version on the TASS
web were:
R____CET M 36.51283 0.62802 7.200 166.24 M4E-M9
Seems the coordinates for at least this entry were wrong.

If you look in the variable star list I uploaded several months
ago,
you will see that your variable is R Cet (36.50911, -0.17842).
Still,
the first goal should be to find all of the known variables, and
this
is a good start.
