Tom, you did not say if you wanted PRIVATE replies or public to the list.
Apparently now we will see a bunch of "OK" messages publically, unless
you tell people to just contact you privately as I did. I presume whomever
"runs" the list will get a list of respondants from you anyway. It's a slip
of the keyboard: unfortunately all email looks equally "important" and
necessary. No great harm.
