Mark IV Data Reduction Update

Hello Mark IV Data Fans,

    I have completed several changes to the Mark IV processing code:

    (1) Cleaned up all the compiler warning messages generated by the
"-Wall" option in the make file (no big deal)...

    (2). I have added support for putting out starlists using the
standard "FITS ASCII Table" format that should make it much easier to
load data into Postgress dB's etc.

    I too was able to log into "cvs" and checkout/update/commit the
greeting directory "ok". I was not able to checkout the "mark4star"
changes described above because I got a "permission denied" error
message when trying to checkout this directory.

    I guess that checking these changes in will have to wait until
Michael gets back to figure out what the problem is....
