ARNE is installed

Tom Droege and Bill Haynes just left for their
return trip to Batavia.  ARNE is on the Polaris Pier,
and has been run on a few nights to test the software
and hardware.  There are still a few inconsistencies
that need to be resolved, but it was not worth Tom
hanging around another day or so to solve them.
The weather was far from perfect; mostly cloudy, rain,
very humid (for Flagstaff, at least!).  However, it
was adequate for engineering tests, just not good enough
to really show off the Mark IV in a dark site.
That will have to wait until the monsoon ends in a couple
of weeks.  I'll post a couple of images by the weekend.
