re: match email subject to content!

I think it's a good idea to change the "subject" title to whatever is
being discussed, so that someday, someone can FIND THE DISCUSSION again.
If the subject is "star list standards" or "FITS star lists", call the
messages that. Likewise with "astrometrics". We might get fewer "where
can I find out about X?" messages, if the lable of our messages matches
the contents.
