JAAVSO paper

I gave a paper on the Mark IV at the Fall AAVSO
meeting that was well received.  I have submitted
that paper for inclusion in the Journal of the AAVSO,
and have placed a copy of the paper with figures at
ftp://ftp.nofs.navy.mil/pub/outgoing/aah/tass/waltham/
I expect to be modifying this paper before it is
finally published, so if anyone has comments, please
pass them my way so that they can be considered when
a revision is made.
  This paper is just a placeholder for the
real Mark IV paper, which will be submitted to PASP
sometime in the future after we have a number of sites
participating and the hardware issues resolved.
Because of this, I didn't go into great detail on
the hardware, nor give Elliot's lens spacing diagram,
etc.
