Possible naked eye comet, Christmas 2001

Ron Baalke has just posted that there may be a reasonably
bright comet in a few months.  This would be a good target for
the Mark IV cameras; we could even do reasonable V&I extended
source photometry, normally difficult with a comet.

Regarding jamie's comment on GRBs, one of the BeppoSAX scientists
estimated that GRB010222 might have been naked-eye; it was really
bright in gamma-rays.
