Disk Set 18

I think I will send out disk sets of varying length.  Some of you have 
proven records of analyzing data, while others seem to put disks into a 
black hole.

I will send everyone who has asked  for data at least one disk.  Anyone who 
asks for more after looking at the first data will get more.  Does this 
seem fair?  OK, if you have a plan that needs more nights of data then you 
can make your case ahead of time and save me postage.

There is still time to ask for this data set.  I am still hoping for some 
of you to ask.
