RR CrB

I accumulated another 10 exposures of RR CrB last night. I now have 38 V
and 38 I exposures taken on 4 different days. The are looking better as I
dry out MIKE and get things adjusted. Still the polar alignment is at
least a few degrees off, so the stars are little streaks. I see no reason
that one cannot get some pretty good photometry for RR CrB anyway.

This data should be useful to anyone studying flat calibration over the
frame. Each star appears 9 or 10 times spaced across the CCD as the
successive frames are taken. I recall that Michael said their was a 0.04
mag floor to his work on data set 18 from a problem that this data might be
used to stud.

Aaron, unless I hear pleading to the contrary, I will have one more go at
RR CrB tonight and then call it quits. It is time to run some scanning
tests on MIKE, and then it will be near completion. I am not sure where I
will put MIKE while testing GLENN. It may have to go in the guest bedroom,
with the lenses.
