Jure uploaded his two major files to our ftp site
yesterday; I've uncompressed them and placed them on
ftp://ftp.nofs.navy.mil/pub/outgoing/aah/tass/tom/MasterObs.dat
ftp://ftp.nofs.navy.mil/pub/outgoing/aah/tass/tom/Totalsdec.dat
They are 80MB and 2MB respectively in size.  Since we have
a T1 line, it will be easier to download them from the nofs
site.  These versions of the files have 18f removed.
