Telescope Control Project

I have told Rob that he can have ROB with I have a telescope control 
program that will move it around and take an image.  This is not exactly 
"arm twisting", it is more like the gentlemanly interaction that goes on in 
the WWF.

If you have done work on telescope control, I hope you will make it 
available to Rob, so that he can get something going.  Chris, Michael, 
Mike, ...  please try to get together with Rob.  The hope is that Rob will 
use this opportunity to pull together the work in one good control 
program.  But I realize that tass is a group of individuals and a group 
control program may not be possible.  At the least there will probably be a 
Windows and a Linux control program.  I would hope that the central 
functions would be common so that we all make the same errors.  ;^)
