Paper Reference

Bohden Paczynski sent me the following reference:

He sure has been busy  encouraging people to do this work.  He has been so 
right on a number of things (GRB, lensing searches) that one should take 
him seriously.

We have a number of advantages over the above paper.  We also have some 
disadvantages.  Mostly our disadvantages are a sloppy mount and lack of 
follow time.  The latter we can take care of by making use of our multiple 
locations to follow a star for as long as NY to AZ will allow.  Who knows, 
we may yet find an amateur in Hawaii or UK that wants to do this work.
