Well Tom, the file name depends on what version you are running with. The current
version of downfits uses filenames provided on the command line. Earlier versions
were different, but since I didn't have them in CVS 'till I did the Linux port, I don't
know what they might of done.

I just looked at the executable on ds20 (downfits.exe), and it looks like you are
giving me the file names on the command line at that point. So I currently can
resolve myself from all responsibility of naming files, at least for ds20 and after ;-)
