I would be very appreciative of a compilation CD, but even more, of a recipe
about how to avoid the "gotchas" in getting IRAF up on my Linux system (SuSE
7.2, but have lot's of machines and could use a different distro if that
helps). I use Starlink ("the UK's IRAF" which comes with a very nice CD +
automatic installation process), but would like to become a bit more mainstream
and use IRAF.
