I almost understand the fortran. If I had the algorithm in front of me, I'
m sure it would all make sense. I have the Excel template but he protects 
all the cells with the algorithm in it. I'd like to write a perl script to 
do this on a long series of observations.

Do you know if the TASS data is HJD?
