Hmm, I'm not really sure what the convention is for calculating a
decimal year.  There are a total of 19 TASS observations about .05 hours
either side of a midpoint Feb 14th 2002 09h 45m UT, which is 2002.199. I
think.

TASS data mean position and magnitudes for that night:-

    13 00 33.55   +05 41  7    epoch 2002.199  TASS  VJ 13.06 sigma
0.11  Ic 10.01 sigma 0.02


So, yep, looks like that's FN Vir.  As said before, no candidates on DSS
images near that position.

(what good it does us, I don't know ;) , motion direction relative to
ucac2 is wrong for a start, of course TASS CD 23 astrometry still
preliminary)


Detected during reappraisal of xray catalogues.  GZ Cnc "rediscovered"
in the data again this way.
