Yes, UCAC1 must be ordered thru USNO-DC.
UCAC2 will be released in the Fall; I'm using an internal
version now that is complete as far north as they could
reach from CTIO (+20), plus what they've done so far from
Flagstaff.  I think the formal UCAC2 release will just be +20.
USNO-B is complete (again, we are using it), but will not
be distributed to individuals (70+GB, 800M objects).  Instead,
the major sites such as VizieR, CDAC, etc. will get copies.

I will be out of touch (more than usual!) for the next week,
attending the Hawaii AAVSO meeting.  The AAVSO does not set
up terminals like the pro meetings and so I will not be able
to read email.
