TN 0085: Analysis of Disk Set 23

I've written most of TN 0085 -- the only part missing is a
comparison of the Mark IV photometry to the standard V, I magnitudes.
I haven't yet done that work, but I will soon. It's exactly the same
sort of thing that someone -- was it Patrick? -- did for one
of the fields that Arne calibrated. I just need to gather together
lots of good standards.

You can find TN 0085 at

       http://a188-l009.rit.edu/tass/technotes/tn0085.html

Summary: astrometry good; photometry not very good, especially in I ...
but can be improved into decent shape with extra post-processing.
