I printed out the complete manual and it looks like a reasonable unit. I
think that there is a good chance that it will just work. Or that two of
the three that we will have will work. ;^)
What I would like to be able to do with this unit is to just load it up
with image disks and let it run reducing data for a couple of weeks. I
have 750 or so data disks and will be turning them out at the rate of 200 a
month soon.
I am still mucking about with the best method of data reduction. When I
settle on a method, I will want to just load up the changer and run.

So really all I want to be able to do is to read the contents of a selected
CD to hard disk under Linux. That may be a lot, but it may also not be so bad.
