Sorry 'bout that last e-mail.  It was supposed to go to Tom.  But, I'll give a little background anyway.  Yesterday morning, the picture run of my ceiling failed by not finding the crash stop within an acceptable number of steps (at the end of the run).  Turns out that the DEC clamp had jammed shut, and DEC drive was attempting to move.  The chain broke.  I fixed the chain, but DEC drive still didn't move.  Took apart the gear box, and it appears that there are no missing teeth or other problems.  Thus, the e-mail.  Maybe I killed the stepper motor?
