Bug fix in wsv33.pl and notes on October's data

Mike Sallman pointed out some bugs in wsv33.pl, so I include a
corrected version of the program.

There seem to be some problems with October's data on JD ...514. A
couple of stars are up to 1 mag brighter than normal on that day
(resulting in a high WS statistic): e.g. 6351, 6504, 6322, 6334, 6485.
This date should probably be exluded.

Longer period variables show up clearly from the data. A number of
IRAS sources are among them (IRAS21586+0621, IRASF22407+0531,
IRAS22590+0634, IRASF23380+0630, ...), and that's not surprising. Most
of the stars are covered only about a month or so, still on the short
side to derive a period.
