Re: CCD Clear Sky Detector Sees Clouds

I think I will leave the IR telescope biz to others. Looking at the 4 x 4
degree square with CW Leo and the 8 squares around it:

.82 .92 .75
.82 1.02 .83
.96 1.17 .93

So if anything there is an anti correlation. These points were taken last
night. Note they are all positive numbers. For comparison, the detector
is reading -0.5 right now. There are clouds. There were no clouds this
morning and it read +0.8 in the daylight.

Paul Bartholdi suggests a film cover for my device which might keep down
wind effects. I will try it.
