Good Progress

I now have the pipeline running with Michael's changes.  So far it looks 
good.  I am set up to use one refcat for the astrometry and another for the 
photometry.  I am presently doing a trial run to see if everything looks OK.

If it does, I will load the system on three machines and start working 
through the 10,000 or so images I have accumulated on the long period 
variable run.

I hope for this to be the first real production data.
