new version of photom

  I have released version 0.6 of the photom program, for calibrating
the magnitudes of stars against a catalog.  The new version has
two minor enhancements:
  
     a) it prints RA and Dec to 5 decimal places, not 4

     b) it ignores stars which have non-zero quality flag values
          when making the photometric solution
