Thanks to Michael R's description of WCS headers, DS9 does recognize my fits
images, and it appears it does it correctly. That's what's great about having
you go first!

My plan is to just plane number the DVD's, and have that number within my dB.
That makes it real easy. And I'll be following your lead with the software on
the DVD also. I'm already including my generated log files and configuration
info.

I'm ready. I'll think about flocking the lens when I get the Dec drive mod.

Depends on how much money you want to spend, and if you have any existing
equipement. I'm partial to Nikon, and have a Coolpix 5000, which I like. I've
an itch for their D100, which will take standard lenses, but it's a little rich
for me at $2000. Unless you really care, I suspect that one of the $200
camera's would do just fine for you. A good research resource is
