Database back online

Wow, that took longer than expected. Anyway, I won't bore you with all
the gory details. Hope nobody missed it (or me) too much. :-)

The database, webserver, etc. have been moved over to the new server.
I have moved the service over to the normal port 80, as I  have nothing
else running there anymore and it seems easier. In fact, you can even
leave off the 1st "markiv" in the url, i.e.
http://sallman.tass-survey.org/servlet/markiv/. If anyone thinks that
will cause problems, I can switch it back.
I've modified the plot applet to invert the magnitude range, so the
lower (brighter) magnitudes are at the top. I also changed the way it
displays the date to be a little more readable.  I wrote a script to
match the stars in the database to the GCVS III file. I also modified
Michael K's script for matching stars in the database to the GCVS/NSV
online database so it does a better job of parsing the ids.

I'm still working on a page where you can query on any of the fields in
the database. Hopefully it won't be too much longer.
