Rain Detector
Last night I looked at the "Clear Sky Clock" and it was forecasting clear
sky all night. So I opened up and ran everything. This morning Jennifer
reported that the ground looked wet. I rushed up to the dome to find that
the rain detector had closed up for me. Rahh!
It was just a light shower so TOM1 was not very wet. I have long lens
shields on TOM1 which points at -4 to +16 so these protect the lenses from
getting rained on. The clear sky detector was causing TOM1 to take darks
all night. So I could use that to close up TOM1 if I built a drive for the
Coo Coo clock mount.
This morning the "Clear Sky Clock" was reading "no data available".
