Another List



I have generated a second list from the same data.  This time I set the cut
at 1.7 sigma over the expected value.  I stuck with the WS of > 10 and
required at least 20 points.

This produced a list of 586 stars.  I looked these up with VizieR and at
JG's suggestion I set the search radius at 3 arc minutes.

This found about twice as many catalog matches as the previous smaller
list.  Many were matched on the second list that were not matched on the
first.

This list contains 586 stars of which 97 match one catalog or another,
mostly the Combined General Catalog of Variable Stars. 
I also searched the suspected variable and ROTSE catalogs.  

Again I have data files and plot files available though I will soon discard
the plot files.  

This list will surely have more false alarms.  Looking at many of the plots
though, there should not be very many.  I think at least 80% of the stars
on this list that are not already matched will turn out to be variable.  It
may take more data to prove it .
