Pipeline Split

I have been working on splitting up the pipelines.  I now have 6 pipelines
running, 2 for each camera.  Now that I have done the work of setting it up
it will be easy to add a third and a fourth and ...   The bottleneck will
soon be the bandwidth of the network.  

I have done some things right, others in my crude "duplicate the code"
style.  

Last night it rained even though the weather maps said clear.  Sigh, the
lenses got a few drips on them but the rain detector closed the dome before
there seemed to be any damage.  I did not quite get enough data to test the
pipeline split without a lot of changes to my code.  I know, I should have
a parameter for the split time, but I don't.  It was enough that I solved
the wrap around at 00.  

September will be a record, I expect, it is just a question of by how much.
