Star chart features

Thanks to everyone for your suggestions for the chart.

Here is a list of the suggestions:

1. Sexagesimal format for the coords.
2. Sexagesimal format for the coords.
3. Optional gzip of the data.
4. Coordinates and scale on the chart.
5. Label the variables.
6. More accurate colors.
7. Accurate projection.
8. Sexag... oh, never mind.

Some ideas I have:

1. I like the black background for the chart. Obviously, you wouldn't
want to print it. I thought I could add a button to generate a
"printer-friendly" version, white background and either color or black
stars.

2. Add a button on the "Variables" pages to generate a chart for that
star. Currently, there are buttons to "plot" and "download".


Any ideas I missed?
