The Press
The Press just loves this project. They keep finding me. When I do an
interview, I always mention everyone I can. Other names seldom make it
into the local press. Sigh!
But do not despair!
Most of you that are doing work on TASS can also get your 15 minutes in the
sun (or in this case, 2 pages in the Batavia Sun). You too can have a
photographer come out and spend 3 hours posing you in front of your
telescope/computer etc..
For example, just pass on the link to this article to your local News Rag
and tell them that you are part of this project. It is a unique and
unusual project and the papers love it. If you are embarassed, have
someone else do it. Send them the tass home page, that usually gets em.
Here is the article again for those that have lost the link:

Note that the papers are particularly interested when there are astronomy
things happening, like a near earth asteroid going by or Mars vehicles
discovering water.
