Rain Detector

When I woke up this morning, Jennifer asked "What's that high pitched
noise?"  After getting TOM1 reset, I went up to a "damp" deck and a closed
dome.  The rain detector had done it's thing and had closed the dome.  It
was still screeching from time to time as it found a rain drop.  Still
things were pretty damp and the TOM3 RA drive would not reset.  Sigh! 
Automation is not all that it is cracked up to be.  A little maintenance
will be needed as something in TOM3 got wet.  The weather reports really
indicated no concern for the night.  Some cloud just came over and was
dripping.  The relative humidity must be near 100%.
