Better Clock Scheme

Getting a better clock scheme has always been on my list of things to do.

The plan is to convert everything over to linux and then we can do it in a
consistent way.  The present network has a lot of limitations.  Some
computers cannot get to other computers.  Mostly I can read the Windows
computers from linux but not the other way around.  There is also a mix of
Windows 98 computers which run the telescopes and Windows XP that talks to
the internet.  

So, Roib, if I was not ready to convet over to your program before, I am
now.  But I know it will be a struggle.
