TASS readers may find some interest in the recent
discussion of EF Eri here:

I don't know enough astronomy to know whether or
not the system might be in the TASS images.  It
does however seem to be much more interesting than
your typical supernova, asteroid, etc.

I can also think of some explanations for the stellar
disassembly process that go way beyond what the astronomers
working on this system have thought of...
