preliminary look at ensemble reductions of Mark IV data

  I have started the ensemble solution script running on the Mark IV
engineering data.  It will take about a month (ugh) to make its 
way through the entire northern sky, but I've grabbed the
results from a small region to see if it's working.  I think it
does improve the internal precision of repeated measurements
of a single star, especially in V-band.
