Results To Date



So far this month: 16M measurement lines.
So far this year: 69M measurement lines.

My goal is 100M a year.  I don't think I will make it this year as I did
too much fussing to try to make the cameras better, and the switch to
the new software. 

As I look at the data, I see it is not great for bright stars.  However,
for stars above about mag 11 it seems to be photon statistics limited. 
So it is as good as it can be here in Batavia, IL.  I think of this as a
mag 12 survey.  It should be most useful between mag 11-13.  That is
something, and I think useful.  So I will continue taking data as long
as I can keep everything going.

Seems to me that Michael Richmond made a post a while back something
like "The Virtue of a Mag 12 Survey".  Yep, that is what we are getting.
