Mark IV V and I measurements of Var Cas 2006 on 4 nights

The TASS Mark IV camera recorded Var Cas 2006 in V-band and I-band on 4 recent
nights in October and November, one of which was only a few days after the peak
of the light curve.  You can find a report describing the images and the

The bottom line: the Mark IV measurements suggest a marginal change in color,
to the _red_ when bright ... but only at the one-sigma level.
