Subject: Reprocessing of tom2 Complete
The reprocessing of tom2 is now complete. I counted (roughly) 310 days
that some data was taken by tom2 over the 5 years that Mark IV
telescopes have been operated here in Batavia, IL.
You can get at the data on computer dan at /home/tom/tom2. There are
about 122 million lines of data. Some have one filter entry, some have
two. The set of files is roughly 8 Gbytes. I backed it up filling most
of 3 DVDs. dyndns is presently showing the correct address. I have
added the user tassguest with Deartass as you know what.
The set up is such that I should be able to spend only a couple of hours
every two days to process the tom1 and tom3 data.
I plan to spend some time looking at the tom2 data while processing the
rest.
I just might not run any more. Sigh! tom1, tom2 and tom3 are all sick
in one way or another. I just don't have the energy it takes to fix
them. We shall see. This may be a nice ending point for the data
taking. The data spans 1594 days for tom2 which should help to find good
periods.
