Happy New Year everyone!

Well, it looks like it took me a little longer than "a week or two" ;-)
but I have finally gotten all my scripts modified and I have started
populating the database with Tom's reprocessed data. I have decided to
create new tables for all the data instead of immediately replacing the
existing data, so the reload won't affect the ability to query the
database, though it will probably have an effect on response time.
It looks like I am processing around 5000 observations a minute right
now, so at this rate it might take a month or so to load all the data.
I'll try and remember to update the list from time to time on the progress.
