As you can see, there is a lot of scatter. Some of the other selections of CD5 data that I have not got to a state to put up on this page yet show a quadratic term greater than the CD3 data, rather than less as in this particular case. I don't think there is a significant difference.
Analysis by "Star". Positions from TAC2. Magnitudes from Tycho. Catalog matching mostly manual. Brightest sources removed from plots and from the fits.
