Was any TASS camera looking at a particular place at a particular time? You might want to check to see if it's possible that one caught some particular event in action. This page allows you to see graphically the locations for which data exists in the TASS database, within some window of time.
Remember that just because a camera was gathering data, it might not have been good data... Also keep in mind the limited span around the celestial equator covered by the TASS cameras.
